The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is an excellent option for those looking for a mid-priced mop and robot vacuum. It’s a great mopping capability, but it lacks some of the advanced features that are found in its more expensive counterpart.
During testing it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats from medium-pile carpets. It does not use LIDAR however, as other models do to locate your home.
iRobot Roomba s9+
The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It is a powerful cleaner and plenty of features that include the self-emptying dirt container built into its charging base. This robot can recognize your habits for cleaning and suggest automated schedules to give you an effortless cleaning experience.
The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automated cleaning functions with the push of the button. You can select an overall clean that focuses on the removal of larger pieces of debris like rice and cereal. You can also select two detailed mappings to ensure that the entire home is completely cleaned.
This vacuum works well both on bare floors and carpets with a low pile. It is able to pick up pet hair and also suck large items up. It doesn’t lose its suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with high-pile or plush carpet, but iRobot says it will get better with future models.
The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It’s the very first Roomba that adopts flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes this will allow it to fit into furniture and walls. It’s an improvement over the hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are common, but we found it to be only marginally superior to circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also has superior filtration, which prevents microscopic particles and allergens recirculating in your home. We think this is a nice claim but not enough to justify a higher price.
Its smart navigation system uses a combination of sensors to keep track of your home’s layout, and vSLAM technology for mapping the interior. This allows it to stay clear of obstacles, such as stairs and Best robot Vacuum without mop other barriers and also to clean your entire house in the most efficient way possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundaries so that the robot can determine what areas require extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a robot that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are as effective as those of more expensive models and its mopping system is even better. Its spinning pads do a more impressive job of scrubbing floors than a stationary vibration pad.
The only issue is the absence of a second brush to allow for deeper cleaning. But that’s not a problem if you want to own one of the best robots available. The robo-vac’s dust tank also larger than many of its rivals and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it, even with the maximum dirt level.
For the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub hard dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest, which are less aggressive than the more powerful ones, create little noise, allowing you to work or even watch TV without distraction. If it encounters a wall or piece of furniture, it gently bumps into it and then moves forward.
What really sets the Q Revo apart is that it’s designed to function almost autonomously with very little need for human intervention. The dock of the robo-vac has multiple functions and automatically transfers trash into a hidden bin. It also washes and dries the clean water tank. The app is good at alerting you when something requires attention, such as the water tank being empty or a scheduled vacuuming session that was cancelled because of a full dust bin.
You can also design and merge actual rooms to customize how the Q Revo will treat your home. This is an excellent feature to have if you have several rooms in your home that have different flooring materials or there’s some clutter that needs to be cleared out frequently, like toys, clothes, and books. The robo-vac is also efficient and was among the top performers during my tests, removing dirt from carpets and hardwood floors in the first attempt. It can even vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying them with a towel before sending it to.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you’d expect from a top-quality robot vacuum and Best robot vacuum Without mop mop and more. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum with a powerful suction to clean hard and carpet floors, plus a rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also comes with an automatic cleaning station that cleans and empty mop pads to keep them clean and ready to be reused. It also has a sensor that can detect obstacles better which allows it to avoid falling on furniture and other objects.
The biggest improvement over the ECOVACS the X1 Deebot is its modern, sleeker design. This is thanks to the Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, Best robot Vacuum without mop known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. Although it’s still quite large–it’s more than two feet in height and depth and weighs nearly four pounds–the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.

The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that is functional even if you are not at home. It also comes with more mopping options and an intelligent routing feature that allows you to clean certain rooms or areas of your home instead just following a set route.
The Omni Omni has the best robot cleaner with mop mopping performance of any robot we’ve tested because of its mop pads that rotate to clean tough stains away and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming capabilities are excellent too and it enhances suction when it senses carpet to ensure it does an excellent job. It is equipped with a large rechargeable battery that can last up to seven days. The mopping mode of the robot is also extremely effective.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and vacuum robot that comes with a variety of convenience features that you aren’t likely to find on robots of this price range. It has the ability to create precise floor maps, recognize various flooring types and is among the few that can automatically wash and dry the mop pads. These features are great however they can place the L10s in the premium category. This could make it more expensive than what homeowners would need.
The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It is tall and slim and has a white-colored finish accented with silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by an enormous bumper, which helps protect the vacuum and furniture from damage while moving through the home. Sensors are concealed behind the front panel, which help the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the screen, you’ll find a single button that essentially acts as an on/off switch. Clicking this will turn on the vacuum, and pressing it again will shut off the vacuum and return it to its base station. The circular menu located in the middle of the control panel lets you to select cleaning modes as well as schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons open the app’s settings where you can alter the way the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map your home. This creates a detailed floor plan that allows the robot vacuum and mop with ease, without getting stuck in messy areas. The LIDAR also assists the robot vacuum recognize and avoid obstacles and obstacles, which is a wonderful feature for families with children or pets.
The L10s Ultra has a solid vacuuming capability that clears 98.4% of debris from our test on the hard floor and removing all but the most stubborn juice stain. Its mops are also quite efficient, clearing 98.4 percent of the debris that was found on our tile, wood, and carpet tests. However, it wasn’t quite as effective in removing sand from the floor, or Quaker oats on carpet.
