A robot vacuum is a wonderful addition to a household with pets, picking up hair and dander with ease. Some models are mopping.

The Roomba I7+ is our most modern robot vacuum. The i7+ features the same circular design as the other Roomba models, but with a black oblong divot at the center, which houses the camera for navigation. Its base is a bit higher than the earlier Roomba models, however, as it contains the self-emptying dustbin. The start button is equipped with an LED ring that glows white while cleaning and charging, as well as blue when connected to Wi-Fi.
We tested the i7+ on different flooring types, including low-pile carpet and it performed admirably across all of them. Mops are also excellent for cleaning furniture legs and stairs. They can also be used on pet hair. The battery life of the Groove is approximately an hour in its most powerful setting, and it comes with an energy-saving ‘Low’ mode that can extend its runtime by nearly two hours.
Groove’s app lets you control the machine’s operation. Its mop tank holds enough water for many cleaning cycles. The app is bare-bones and can only do a few things, such as start and stop the machine, and select the cleaning mode.
In our testing, we found that the Groove could handle a range of surfaces ranging from low-pile carpet to high-pile carpet.
