Also, since the handlebar wasn’t locked into position when you press it, it struck her legs when she was using it. She also felt that the handlebar was a bit on the short side and especially with the large changing bag hanging off of it.
This double stroller isn’t as light as other buggies. It’s got a broad variety of features, and is among the most versatile double strollers on the market. It’s compatible with two carrycots (available separately) It also has several recline positions and a UV 50+ canopy. You can add a bassinet on one or both seats to create a travel system.
The four wheels made of rubber are perfect for pavements and urban terrain however they’re not made for off-roading. They struggled on gravel and long grass and there’s a lack of clearance between the wheel and bracket so mud got stuck easily. That being said our testers still enjoyed riding this buggy, and it did climb some pretty muddy hills.
2. iCandy Orange
The iCandy Orange is a premium double buggy that is a top choice in style and versatility. It is a must-have for parents looking for a stylish, high-quality double buggy that will last. Our testers found that the Nipper Double is incredibly easy to navigate, even on bumpy terrain or when turning in an area with a lot of traffic. They were also awed by the fact that both seats recline independently. This means they can be adjusted to meet individual needs – ideal for napping.
They also loved that the hoods were able to be moved back and forward and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or to provide wind protection. They didn’t provide the same coverage as Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It’s worth packing an extra rain cover in case.
Overall, our test participants were impressed with the Nipper double’s ability allow them to take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From seeing wildlife in the forest to rushing to the park to play with their friends They loved it. Our testers were also amazed with how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There is plenty of room for toddlers who are growing. Our test participants did not agree, however, that the lack of parent-facing seating and the inability of using car seats with this buggy was a drawback and they would like to have seen more storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
