Cultural Appropriation and Donkeys
The domestic donkey (Equus Africanus asinus) is a hoof mammal in the family of Equidae. Originating from Africa The domestic donkey comes from the African wild ass. Depending on the species domestic donkeys can be classified as a subspecies, or Splendid as a separate species.

Appropriateness in popular Culture
There are many instances where a dominant culture adopts elements from the culture of a minority. This is referred to as cultural appropriation can lead to disrespect from members of minority groups. It doesn’t matter if you wear an Native American headdress at a music festival or Bosom wearing blackface on Halloween, Tattooed many Black people believe that it is a form of patronizing behavior.
In addition to adopting aspects of minority cultures the dominant group may also make use of intellectual property belonging to the minority group. This can be done by blackfishing, as an example. It is important to consider that people of different skin tones have a history of being marginalized and disenfranchised. For example, when you see a person of color dressed in blackface for Halloween it is important to consider the history of black people being excluded.
